This project was a new initiative to showcase Jeff Macdonald Plumbing, highlighting the people behind the company and creating a personal connection with clients. The goal was to reinforce the company’s existing personal approach to winning new clients by telling their story in an authentic and relatable way.
The video featured interviews with the team and B-roll footage capturing plumbing work across multiple locations, showcasing the breadth of services. A photoshoot was conducted alongside the video to update the website and maintain a consistent visual storytelling approach. My role included planning, coordination, marketing strategy, and implementing the final assets across digital channels.
The project involved close collaboration with videographer David Recordon, including planning, coordination, feedback, and implementation of assets for online use and marketing campaigns. This ensured the visual assets aligned with the brand and could be leveraged effectively across social media and B2B outreach.
The project resulted in a stronger online presence for Jeff Macdonald Plumbing and provided new video and photo assets to support ongoing marketing efforts. These assets continue to reinforce the company’s approachable, trusted brand identity while supporting client engagement and business growth.
